Shipping & Delivery

In most cases we will ship your order the same day (if placed before 2 p.m. EST on business days) or the next business day after completion. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. All items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a refund.

Domestic Delivery

  • We offer free ground shipping with USPS on all orders shipped to USA destinations (with the exception of where Ground deliveries are unavailable (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands). Upon shipment, parcels should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on location.
  • Free USPS shipping delivery estimates:

FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, VA 2-3 business day
Midwest, North East Coast 3-5 business days***Orders shipping to east coast may experience further delays due to winter storm.
West Coast 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that service and delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We have partnered with USPS for our shipping service needs as they have proven to be a reliable and speedy delivery partner, however delays due to inclement weather or inability to safely access a service area may occur. For time sensitive deliveries, we kindly ask that you please pay mind to various implications in your general state and area that may result in delivery delays when processing your order and inform us at your earliest convenience if you will need modifications to the address upon which you have entered for delivery. Loeffler Randall is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from the above matters.
  • We accept most freight forwarding addresses for US delivery. However, customer service reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the specified freight forwarding address is not valid or accepted by our warehouse.

International Delivery

  • Northfleet uses DHL exclusively for all international orders. Negotiated rates are offered for all services.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at the payment stage at checkout. As International orders are shipped DDP, no additional fees are required at the time of delivery.
  • To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.
  • DHL International Delivery Estimates: If placed before 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday

Yes, at this time we are unable to ship orders that contain Exotic Skins to Califorina.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page

Yes, it will contain the ordered goods, the invoice, delivery note and warranty documents.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

 

Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Yes. Creations purchased through the Northfleet e-Boutique (either online or by telephone) may be Returned or exchanged within 14 days after received.

You may return or exchange your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery, provided the item(s) is/are in its original packaging, tags on, in new and unused condition, with all materials and documents intact. Items that show visible wear (i.e. scuffed soles) will be rejected and returned to sender. If the item you choose is more expensive than the one purchased, you will be charged the additional amount. If the item you chose is of lesser value, your credit card will be credited the difference.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange, you must get in touch with our Customer Service and request the return/exchange form. The customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, to be noted on the return form.

As we are sure you understand, Northfleet cannot exchange or accept returns on items which modified or on sale.

You may also exchange your item at your nearest Northfleet Boutique or return for a store credit.

We work quickly so we can get your orders out to you as soon as possible! If you need to make a change to your order contact us ASAP by phone or email before 3 p.m. EST.

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered. If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact USPS directly and provide your tracking number. You can also log in to your account
